Has been a partner in the architectural office Conn und Giersch in Fürth since 2005.

Studied communication design from 1987- 1992 at the Georg-Simon-Ohm University of Applied Sciences in Nuremberg.

After working as a freelancer, Marisia Conn studied architecture at the Accademia di Architettura in Mendrisio, Switzerland, graduating in 2003 in urban and structural engineering.

Marisia Conn gained professional experience in Switzerland and Germany.

In 2012 she was called to work as a church architect in partnership with Claus Giersch at the Great Church of St. Lorenz in Nuremberg. This was followed by teaching architectural design in the architecture department at the University of Applied Sciences, Frankfurt am Main from 2014 to 2019.

Marisia Conn has been a member of the architectural advisory board of the city of Fürth/Bay since the end of 2019 and a member of ICOMOS since 2020.

Since 2021: CEO of Urban Heritage and Monumental Conservation Institute - ISKD (German: Das Freie Institut für nachhaltige Städtebauentwicklung und Konservierungskonzepte in der Denkmalpflege).
